A Little About Bob....



Bob the Canvasback drake is a freshly carved decoy from one of our chapter members, Chris Simpson. Bob was born in the marshes of the Muskegon River Bottoms and is ready to make his inaugural journey across Michigan and points beyond!

He is available for hunts throughout ALL of Michigan’s Hunting Season’s that fall during the 2009-2010 hunting season. We are going to start Bob off during hunting during what’s remaining of the Early Goose Season and our Chapter members are going to hunt him through early October. At that point, Bob is going to pack his bags and hit the open road, to become a part of hunts across Michigan.  

Stay Tuned on New Updates on Bob!  He is getting ready to start hunting 9/12/09 and will be hitting he open road!  We are running this through Michigan Sportsman for a trail run this year for Bob's Inaugural Journey!!

Our 2010 Banquet was Thursday February 25th, 2010 and Bob said his Goodbyes to all of us and went home with a lucky person who purchased Bob and his hardcover book on our Live Auction.  Stay Tuned Next Year for the 2010-2011 Traveling Decoy!
